| The Rookie Cards of choice for Tommy McCarthy originate from the 1887-90 Old Judge tobacco set. Additionally, one other rare McCarthy card was also produced during 1887 by the Gypsy Queen tobacco company. Subsequently, another popular, early card depicting McCarthy was included in the 1888-89 Old Judge cabinets series. Another scarce card picturing McCarthy appears within the 1888 Gray Studio Cabinets set. Finally, a card depicting McCarthy was produced as part of the 1895 Mayo Cut Plug tobacco issue. |
