A very scarcely encountered Carl Horner Cabinet picturing Frank "Home Run" Baker was produced during the 1908-09 time frame and marks his earliest baseball card appearance. Another very early Baker issue is the 1909 E91-B American Caramel card, an unpopular choice with many collectors due to the generic players pictured on the cards from that set. In addition several Frank Baker cards were issued during the 1909-11 time frame, including the very popular E90-1 American Caramel card and the E254 Colgan's Chips card. Although it was produced towards the end of a long 9-year print run, the 1902-11 W600 Sporting Life Cabinet represents a very popular, early card appearance for Baker. |
