| All collectors will agree that the true Rookie Card of Ernie Banks originates from the mainstream 1954 Topps set. Additionally, another item picturing Banks was also produced during 1954, an All-Star Photo Pack card. Subsequently, two more mainstream issues were produced during 1955 which included cards of Banks, the Topps and Bowman baseball card sets. One other early Banks card that should be mentioned is the 1955 Topps Doubleheaders issue. |
