| A recently uncovered 1921 Tip Top Bread Orioles card of Lefty Grove is now considered to be his true Rookie Card. Another early Lefty Grove card hails from the 1926-31 Exhibit Postcard-Backs issue, which can be found in a variety of color tints. A much scarcer Grove postcard was also included in the 1925-31 Postcard-Back "4-on-1" Exhibits. Subsequently, another very popular card picturing Grove was included in the W560 strip card set. Additionally, a very tough to find Grove card was produced in conjunction with the 1928 Star Player Candy set. |
