| Although it is very difficult to locate, the earliest card picturing Tom LaSorda hails from the 1950 World Wide Gum issue. Subsequently, LaSorda would next appear on another Minor League baseball card in 1952 within the Parkhurst issue. Additionally, an oversize piece depicting LaSorda was also produced during the 1952 season by La Patrie. Another popular early card of LaSorda was included as part of the 1953 Canadian Exhibits set as well. The first Major League card issued of LaSorda was included within the mainstream 1954 Topps set. |
