| The true Rookie Card of Joe McCarthy was produced in conjunction with the 1909-11 Colgan's Chips issue. Subsequently, an extremely scarce card of McCarthy was included within the 1911 Pinkerton Cabinets series. Two decades later, the next card of McCarthy was issued as part of the 1930 Baguer Chocolate Cuban set. Another card of McCarthy was included in the 1930 Blue Ribbon Malt Chicago Cubs set. Finally, in 1930, a pinback depicting McCarthy was included in the Chicago Evening American Pinbacks issue. |
