The first catalogued issue to include Jim O'Rourke originates from the 1879-80 New York Clipper Woodcuts series. Although it is extremely scarce, an early image of O'Rourke hails from the 1886 Old Judge - New York Giants issue. Another very rare O'Rourke card also produced during 1886 was the J. Wood Studios Cabinet card. In addition, a very tough to find O'Rourke card was also issued in conjunction with the 1886 H812 New York Baseball Club tobacco card.
