| Unfortunately, there are no career contemporary cards that exist for Norman "Turkey" Stearnes, so his earliest card originates from the 1978 Laughlin Long Ago Black Stars set. Subsequently, another commemorative card depicting Stearnes hails from the 1980-01 Perez Steele HOF Postcard issue. Phil Dixon produced a Negro League stars set in 1987 which included a card of Stearnes. Another Negro League issue to include a Stearnes card was the 1990 Eclipse series. Finally, a card picturing Stearns was also issued as part of the 1995 Negro League Legends set. |
